In my Location Photography course, students learn to create images on site, using both natural and artificial light, while considering how environment shapes narrative and storytelling. For her final project, Brenna chose to photograph her grandmother in her assisted living community. Her photo series captured both the joys and the challenges of aging, using the lived environment as an entry point to the emotional resonance of the work.
